It can be a mistake not regularly checking ones’ bank statements as I found out last year. I was very busy at the time and never got round to it. When I did, it came as a shock to find that I had been charged for Internet services that I hadn’t used. After contacting the call centre at the Three store and also one of the companies concerned I wrote to the head office. I didn’t find the service very helpful especially when they were asking me to repeat information that I’d already given and suggesting actions that I’d already taken: Case on-going.

“Three UK” informed me that the charges had originated from a company called “mgage” and after failing to get a refund from “Three UK” I contacted the company to clarify the matter.
