PYETHON (Paul Francis Bithell) is accused of assaulting a child. The case will be heard on Friday 15th of March 2019 at Skipton Magistrates Court at 13:30.

Mr Bithell has pleaded not guilty to this charge and a trial date is to be set.

This trial will take place on the 23rd of October 2019 at Bradford Crown Court.

Paul Bithell has been found not guilty of this charge at Bradford Crown Court on the 25th of October 2019
